Information collected

When you submit a project inquiry or website-review request, ClientSpan Digital collects the information you provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, project interests, budget range, timeline, and message.

How information is used

Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, prepare project recommendations, communicate about a potential or active project, protect the website from misuse, improve the website, and meet legal or business recordkeeping obligations.

Analytics choices

ClientSpan uses privacy-focused, cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics to understand page traffic and site performance. It is configured not to collect form contents or direct identifiers. Optional Google Analytics measurement is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics.” If you choose “Necessary only,” Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. ClientSpan does not use advertising cookies and does not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to analytics.

You can reopen the Google Analytics choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also clear this website's browser storage to remove the saved choice.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to restrict access, validate submissions, limit automated abuse, and store inquiries in a private business system. No internet service can promise absolute security. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, client service, legal obligations, security, and business records.

Sharing and selling

ClientSpan Digital does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host the website, store inquiries, deliver email notifications, measure approved analytics, or provide requested services. Those providers receive only the access needed for their role.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information ClientSpan Digital has about you, request a correction, withdraw an inquiry, or ask that information be deleted when no legal or business reason requires it to be retained.
